Sauna

Three custom-designed private saunas appear to grow out of the grassy Green Tower. Everything you need to relax and unwind is provided. We limit the number of sauna users each day, to maintain our high standards of safety and cleanliness, so advance reservations are needed.

Finland Sauna

This is an authentic Finnish sauna located midway up the Green Tower. Equipped with self-pour löyly (steam infusion) and a cold plunge bath, this private sauna is available for exclusive use by one group at a time, allowing you to relax without worrying about others. After your sauna session, you can enjoy an exclusive experience at the mountaintop hut, with a private view of Tatsuo Miyajima’s artwork. Take your time, unwind, and immerse yourself in the art.

Bedroom Sauna

【Overnight Guests Only】

This is “Room 37” of the Shiroiya Hotel. It is a unique “sauna where you can lie down and turn over,” produced by TTNE and created by sauna experts Dai Matsuo and Daisuke Akiyama. Designed like a cozy guest room, this sauna includes a double bed-sized sauna bench where you can fully relax and rejuvenate. A chilled shower is available for a refreshing cool-down.

Herbal Mist Sauna

This sauna is filled with the soothing steam of medicinal herbs. In addition to its warming and moisturizing effects, it is believed to promote recovery from fatigue and aid in detoxification. By blending traditional Chinese medicine with aromatic herbs, this sauna provides a deeply relaxing experience through both warmth and fragrance.
